Credit check

Ordered a new phone on Wednesday and received an email stating that credit checks would be performed within the next 48 hours and that I would hear from the customer service team soon and find out if I would be receiving my new phone. It is now nearly 96 hours later and still no response. I have tried calling several customer service numbers but have failed to get through to anyone every time. Am questioning whether my order has even been processed at this point 😩
