Credit Agreement - Security Key and Reference Number

Hi

My SIM cards have all moved to O2 but I still have one handset with Virgin Mobile. I have lost my credit agreement reference number and the security key needed to pay off and view how much is left of the credit agreement.

Is there ANY way to retrieve the key/credit agreement number? Live Chat has been unhelpful with this issue.

I am also having the same problems. I cannot find my security key on my email.

I've also been unable to speak to a human about paying off my Virgin Mobile handset loan early.

Please can someone help?
