Contract

Hi! I am trying to sign the credit agreement I have received the email and introduced mthe last digits of bank account but doesn’t work I ahem contact virgin on the phone but don’t know how to resolve the problem. Thanks

Have you got this resolved since your post?

If you haven't, I know you probably have done, but can you double check you are entering the last 4 digits of your bank account number please and these are being entered correctly?

When did you receive the email? Is this over 48hours old?

Hi! I have tried everything I contact u guys on the phone but can’t help me I got the emails again but still no working. Can u please confirm that in the first box is where i need to introduce the 4 digits of my account and the second box the one with they grey dots is to keep like that.
