Contract sim on payg

Hi, I ordered a sim only plan from mobiles.co.uk which is part of carphone warehouse, I set up the sim and got the usual set up texts and sim activated text, when I tried to make a call it said i had no credit and gave me the option to top up.

The sim card I recieved is a pay monthly card which includes 3gb of data and unlimited calls and texts and i have a direct debit set up.

When checking my account it confirms that im on payg starter.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to resolve this

We have had this problem with Carphone Warehouse before.

i have exactlly this same situation. I try to call them but they said i need go to carphone warehouse, i been there, they show me they send everything to virgin mobile.. so its them issue to activate the card...

Can we please confirm if you still require help with this?

 

If you need an unlock code to use the new SIM cards can you please not post this number publicly but we need to confirm if you are aware of the IMEI number of the handset in question?
