Contract End & Final Bill

I have switched broadband supplier. Just wanted to find out the date that my contract ends with Virgin. I also received normal billing which I'm a bit confused about as the person I spoke to advised I'll just need to pay a final amount at the end of my contract.

Sorry to hear you're leaving us, we require 30 days notice, so the account would close after this time frame. 

 

The bills would continue to be produced as normal up until this point, then any advance charges would be credited back once the account closes.
