I receive at least one spam text per day. The below is an example of a regular but the others I see are pretend O2 bills and Royal mail delivery attempts.
How can I stop this? They come from different numbers. Perhaps a coincidence but before porting to Virgin I never received these.

You can't stop them, that's why the papers, etc are constantly telling people to be aware. Millions of these go out each week.
Technically changing providers has nothing to do with it...just coincidence.

Yeah, I've had 7 in the last week. No Biggie, they go straight into the Google messages spam without me having to read them. These past few months deffo getting more of these, the pesky blighters somewhere in the world are more active

I noticed the number of spam texts for me increased in correlation with the recent Facebook data leak. I always try and text STOP to the spam number (to let them know there is a human behind the number) and I always forward the texts to 7726.
