Hi me and my husband have been customers for year we both have the same Sim contract.
When we are out and about and use data we can rearly get connection and signal why is this we have had enough now. And are both thinking about leaving. How do we end our monthly contract. As have been trying to hold of virgin by phone and chat but had no luck this is just rediculous now had enough.
