Completely losing signal, 3G & 4G

Hi there,

Lately my iPhone 13 Mini has is losing all 3G and 4G signal in my house and surrounding areas. Coverage has been fine in the past, coverage checker says it should still be ok. I can't even call over Wifi although Wifi is working.

I'm running the latest iOS 16.1.1. I've tried network reset, soft reset. Nothing is working. 

Can anyone help?

I should add that I'm not even able to call 789 as a result.

Virgin use O2 for radio coverage these days.

I am sorry to hear of the signal issues.

I have ran a diagnostic and found this;

Sorry, we're carrying out some upgrade work in this area.

We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted.

Everything should be back to normal by 8pm Saturday 19th November 2022.
