How can I speak to the complaints department on the phone. I have had a very serious complaint open regarding an fca breach with the executive complaints department since Monday and was supposed to get a call back but I’ve had nothing, can’t get through to anyone, the people on the phone are absolutely useless and of course the live chat/WhatsApp doesn’t work either. I need this issue sorted immediately

Nobody has contacted me at all. I have rung back several times and keep getting fobbed off by people that are absolutely useless. My issue is far from solved, I need to speak to the complaints urgently.
