Changing network on Freestyle contract - Fees?

Of the two parts of a pay monthly phone contract (The handset and the Airtime tariff), can you cancel the airtime contract at anytime without paying fees? Or do all airtime contracts have a minimum term limit even on a 'Freestyle' deal?

Airtime plans for Freestyle devices are on a 30 day term.

As Ben has pointed out, the Air time plans are 30 day rolling contracts.
