I've been on a sim only contract with virgin from February this year. It's £9 a month. Before I signed up with virgin I was told I could upgrade to a handset contract after 3 months of clear payments etc. This never happened. I called to see if I could upgrade and was told to wait another 3 months.
Anyway, I wanted to change my tariff so I would get more data every month, when I Called customer services I was told the only tariff I could upgrade to was £25 a month. How's that possible with all the tariffs advertised on the site??? Virgin have not kept one promise to me yet, getting fed up.
