Cash back from Trade Up

Hey,

I decided to upgrade early with the two contracts I have and traded in my two old phones. I also had the offer of the extra £180 cash back. I received emails stating that ‘we are processing a payment of £XXX against your Credit Agreement number XXXXX. This will be applied within the next 72 hours.’ However, both phones are worth more than the old credit agreements so how do I receive the extra cash back I am owed?
