Hi. Not sure if this is in the right place. I have had a carrier update message appear which I clicked update and now my iphone 5s won't connect to 4g or Virgin network. Will only let me use wi-fi.
Have been online to Virgin to try and fix but they are only going to send me a new sim card. Is there anything else I can do other than powering off, turning off airplane mode etc. The virgin signal icon briefly appears and then goes straight back to No Service.
It's really frustrating as I have never had any issues with the phone before.
Should I do a network reset??

Probably been moved from EE to Vodafone.
What happens if you do a manual network search; connect to any network but Virgin; wait till it fails and the select Virgin?
