Cant use data in Belgium tried everything help

I think ive tried everything, it  worked intermittently when i first arrived at ferry terminal  now nothing

Hi its a i phone SE 2020 model

My wife has same phone and is also with Virgin but has no issues

Thanks for the response there, 

Can I ask are you able to run through these settings?

Select Apps from the Home Screen
Select Virgin SIM Toolkit Icon
Select Roaming
Select Mode
Select Manual
Select International-you are done, go back to Home Screen
Let us know if this works,

no we both dont have this on either of our phones 

Try this

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM applications > Roaming > Select Mode > Manual > International 

Reverse that last step when you return to the UK (if that works)
