Just trying to send a simple text message and I cant as I am getting a message failure and then a message from Virgin saying I have hit my 'spending cap' . This seems to be happening despite having unlimited texts and minutes. As suggested tried to log in via the app and it won't log me in, even though I'm on 5G. I recently upgraded my phone but I have had a Virgin mobile contract for some years. Some help would be appreciated

The issue here is that you haven't addressed the questions of my first post whether the service is free or not. I would assume that you are paying a monthly tariff on the mobile SIM of some kind. If you are, and you have set your cap to something lower than the monthly tariff then you are, in effect, triggering the block as you have already exceeded the cap. If you are unaware of your monthly tarfff and balance we can check for you or you can confirm via your online account.
