For the last 2 days i am unable to receive texts or calls. Phoned virgin who said they will refresh my account and it will be up and running in 2 hours. Still no joy. Tried allsorts of solutions....with no resolve
I am having the same issue which is rather frustrating considering this has been going on for two days. I called VM only to be told they were upgrading and it didn't go according to plan. Neither could I be given a time scale when this will be resolved. Needless to say am feeling a little frustrated considering that a provider as large as VM /EE is unable to resolve their server issues.
Might be an idea to post a notice on the website to advise the current status rather than trying to hunt for a resolution or answer
Think i got a fix....go to settings...connections...search for networks....click any network apart from virgin, like click 02 or vodafone...once thats done (it should reject the network) then go back to network search and select virgin.
