Hi, I changed to virgin mobile yesterday and got my number ported over however I can't make outgoing calls or send SMS. I can receive them and use all web based apps without issue.
I rang customer service and they could not resolve ) tried going into call waiting and ticking/unticking and also switching in and out of airplane mode but it did not help.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Travis,
The number port was done this morning Nov 30th.
According to customer service everything on their side looks good but I tried the sim in another unlocked phone and had the same issue

Still no luck.
Was onto Virgin and they are sending me a replacement SIM to try and if this doesn't work they will have to go to Tech Support which is to take 3-5 days to get a response.
I'll let you know if the new SIM works.
One other thing which I don't know if this is helpful or not but when I try to send the SMS message I get the error: virgin media error 21
