Cant make or receive calls

I can't make outbound or receive incoming calls, keep getting a number not recognised message on mine and the same happening when people try to call me. Have tried all troubleshooting tips but not resolving

Hi stacej17, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. 

Can you confirm if this is regarding the Mobile or the landline? Does a reboot change anything?

Hi Chris,  

It's my mobile, I've tried everything that was suggested but my sim service still seems to go in and out, it comes up 'refreshing sim data' at least 5 times a day and I don't have a reliable, consistent service.
