Cant log in to my mobile account ?

I really hope someone can help me, I've been trying for several days to login to my mobile account but it won't log me in. I know my email address and password is right as it's saved to Google so it automatically puts it in & I haven't changed my password I get a green tick at the side of both my email address and my password telling me they're right but it won't log me in I keep getting an error msg, plss help me!!!! Screenshot_20190416-095059.png

Have you tried using a different device or a different browser?

Having the same problem with my account using different networks (work & home)  browers (IE, Chrome, Edge) and I too know that my details are right.

Are you able to send a screenshot so we can see the error?

 

Make sure you blank out any account information.

That's one of them when I try to reset my password.

Captcha seems to screw things up. Even re-registering it fails time after time with the same error

Hi Paul yes I've tried IE, & Firefox, both my VM account & my Vmobile both have the same pw, & I've tried my sons phone & pc & ipad but nothing I just don't understand how it says my pw & email address are right because there's a green tick at the side of each one that tells me they're right, if the pw was wrong then there'd be a red cross I dunno what the hell to do?? _20190416_110917.JPG

I called them up in the end. it was because my security question needed reset after taking on a new 12m contract after a rolling 30 day one. once that was done and reregistering was complete - happy

 

still cant register with virgin red rewards thing though - no email back from them!
