I’ve checked just about every setting in the phone with no success. I would be very grateful for help/suggestions.
I saw someone else on community chats have the exact same problem and someone agreed to contact them and help. I noticed this happened when we changed and Volte1 appeared on my phone. This has been going on for 6 weeks now.. I never get anywhere when I call the help line and they always restort to let's send you a sim this is not the problem it's the network and I do have coverage. Please help

Can I please ask if you are able to test the SIM in another handset to see if you are still having the same issue?
