Hi,
I've switched to virgin mobile from three. I wanted to keep my existing number which was ported this morning. Since then I cannot send texts or make calls. I've restarted my phone a number of times but still no joy (I got a new phone as part of the switch to virgin mobile).
I tried ringing customer service but voice recording says customer service is closed even though in welcome letter it advises customer support is available between 9am & 9pm.
Please advise.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.
I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to make calls or text since the number port went through. It can sometimes take 24 hours for everything to sync up.
It's also worth giving the device another reboot one more time too.
