Cannot register mobile account

I have had a very frustrating couple of hours trying to register my mobile online so I can access my bills etc. I put my mobile number in then can't get past the recaptha I'm not a robot bit. I tick the pictures to prove I'm human but can't get any further.

Spoke to customer services who said they had refreshed my account, wait over half an hour then it will work. Surprise surprise it doesn't. Very poor introduction to Virgin! Can anybody help?

I'm really sorry you're having issues creating your online account, I can appreciate you're keen to keep an eye on things. 

Can I ask what browser you're trying to do this on?


Is it possible to try from another device or browser?
