Cannot reach customer care

How can you speak to someone in customer service? I've tried ringing and messaging but to no avail.

Are there staff working today?

I've checked with my team and we're not aware of any known issues with the phone lines. Does it happen when choosing any option or one in particular? If you let us know what you were calling about we may be able to help here instead.

Thanks,  I was eventually able to get through to customer services and for both queries,  the team was extremely helpful and resolved my problems.
