Have not been able to make or receive calls for a few days in Nottingham area. Looks like a lot of others have the same problem. Before I found this forum, I did a reset on my phone and have forgotten my Googe password so have that to sort out as well !!!!!!

We were aware of some mobile signal issues over the last few days, can you confirm if this is still happening following your post? If so, is it in one location or everywhere you have tried? Are there any mobile issues reported here using your postcode?

It seems as i am payg that the service has ceased and i have been deactivated. I don't remember seeing any messages about this.

Thank you for keeping us posted on this Winwood.
We would have send texts with information regarding this and we would have sent letters to the address registered on the account.
If this has been deactivated then we wouldn't be able to reactivate it.
