Cannot make or receive calls in Tenerife

Currently in Tenerife and cannot make or receive calls, I have carried out all 'settings' and data roaming guidance.

Any suggestions

Thank you for that information. What specifically happens when you attempt to make a call? 

Do you get any error messages? If so, what are they?

Is this to both Landlines and Mobile?

Have you been able to try international numbers?
