Cannot make calls - “not enough credit” but I’m on Pay Monthly

I have just joined Virgin Mobile on a Pay Monthly contract (having transferred my old number from O2) but I can’t make any direct calls. “Dial Assist” comes on and tells me I do not have enough credit and asks me to top up. But I am on a Pay Monthly contract and currently have 4999 minutes still left to use! But it’s acting like I’m on PAYG. My latest bill is paid up to date. Any ideas?!

Select Settings from the Home Screen
Select Phone Icon
Select SIM Applications
Select Roaming
Select Select mode
Select National  mode - you are done, go back to Home screen

Check your numbers are in UK format

If not go to dial assist and select any country but UK

When done, select UK again and check
