I've had my virgin mobile for coming up to 2 years and as such is due for upgrade/termination.
I went to look at my online account to see what deals are available and I cannot log on - it tells me
"We can't seem to find you on our system"
when I try to register as it instructs me to - I get
"We need the correct recaptcha error Opps, that wasn't quite right"
Please don't tell me to phone 789 - I do not want to speak to someone that does not understand me, nor do I understand them. I just want access to my account, and incidentally the bills from the last almost 2 years - And if my account does not exist, where have you been sending my bills? I have just been checking my bank statement, and have never actually tried to view my bills - But by law these have to be available to me and they're not. The link to my account takes me to the page that 'does not recognise me' when I try to log in.
Please sort this so that I can log onto my account and e-mail instructions of how to do this!
