Cannot connect to virgin

I urgently need some help, for 4 days now I have been struggling to access virgin and have no service on my phone, I can’t call / receive calls or texts and cannot use the internet. My phone literally keeps saying no service. I have called / emailed/ online chat / what’s app messaged and had no reasonable response, I have done the following;

restarted phone
reset network settings
updated phone
Manually tried to set to virgin
swapped pins into another phone which didn’t work 
checked a working pin in this phone which did work
spoken to an Apple genius who co firmed the phone was in working order.

I cannot get through to virgin to get them to sort this issue out and I cannot keep going without a working phone, I’m at a loss here I don’t know what to do.

I’ve reported the issue but haven’t been sent a deadlock letter or anything yet so cannot proceed.
