I was disconnected from the network for a while because of not being able to pay, while did pay outstanding balance and was reconnect I no longer are able to connect to virgin WiFi except at home all other WiFi networks that I can sign onto great no problems. But virgin media WiFi no such luck when I do get a connection which is very rare it is about 1mbs, all these problems are starting to a get on my nerves and B make think of changing phone providers to say EE. The phone is fine and at home it's fine just elsewhere the WiFi connection is not fit for purpose and don't know why I should be paying for a service they are not providing.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.
Is it just this one device you are having problems with when connecting to WiFi?
Can you try following the trouble shooting steps here to see if this helps?
