It won't work until they update the Virgin Connect App. Won't work for me on Samsung 20+ on Android 12.
Anything higher than Android 10 and you are sunk

Do you use the Android App as it seems it doesn't work with Android 11 and 12.

Changed my phone in December its a Contract I'd imagine it would be the same sim

I see, all of the settings on our part are fine and nothing would stop your hotspots working. Have you tried a full reboot of the phone?

I see, everything on our part is absolutely fine having double checked all network settings etc. I'd suggest contacting Android as this seems like it could be a device specific issue rather than an issue with the SIM card.

Its not a virgin phone I'm with EE but my last phone used to pick it up no bother used to sit in one house that didn't have Internet I could pick up his next door neighbours virgin no bother how do I contact Android please
