Cancelling my mobile sim from China

So, one year after moving to China I have finally got round to sending a letter cancelling my Virgin pay monthly Sim. My daughter in the UK posted a letter for me to the Swansea address on November 26th but I have heard nothing back from them acknowleding the cancellation. The December payment has been taken from my bank account, is there anyway of checking if the Sim contract has indeed been cancelled.

I'm sorry you've not not heard back regarding the cancellation of your SIM Only deal, I can appreciate you're keen to know it's been cancelled.
