Cancelling mobile contract

Hello, 

Tried to upgrade to an s9 this week for £27 a month. It has been the most stressful time I've had in months. 

Was on the phone for an hour yesterday trying to figure out what was going on and was bounced from department to department. Retentions refused to take my call. 

I wanted a phone yesterday as on your site it says next day. 

I would now like to cancel, I have cancelled my direct debit and I went to an o2 store and got a phone there and then with a better deal. 

I gave the agents on the phone smoke time to resolve the issue and maybe going through to detentions could have saved me, but too late now.
