Hi,

I have two accounts / sim only contract and need to cancel one.

Can I safely cancel this subscription whilst ensuring I keep the phone number on pay as you go for the mean time?

Thanks

PAYG is being phased out between October and January. There have been no new PAYG for a couple of years, so moving down is not an option

Hi,

so that basically means I'll lose the number too?

You can request a PAC code and move the number to another network for now.

From the phone you want to cancel

Text ‘PAC’ and your date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format) to 65075 For example: PAC 01/03/1984

Hi @VSK-111

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

As advised by our very helpful @enlli - you'll be able to request a PAC code to port your number out to another provider. Have you managed to do this as of yet?
