Hi there, please can someone let me know if I can cancel a parked order? As I placed the order on Sunday 1st December expecting delivery on Monday 2nd December but haven't heard a thing from Virgin, and I needed the phone for Wednesday 4th December! And I've called this morning but seem to be passed from pillar to post and kept on hold for the over 15 minutes. So I would just like to cancel my order before it's posted to me.
I haven't yet got to the point of cancelling my order but I'm nearly there. I'm in the same boat with a parked order placed on Sunday and there's absolutely no help. It doesn't help that the VM mobile website is full of dead help links. Here's hoping somebody at VM actually reads these posts and replies.
