Hi,
Hoping someone can help. My mother in law recently moved over to virgin mobile and swapped from Android to iPhone with her contract.
She is now unable to send any text messages to her family in the Isle of Man.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

I don’t suppose she set a spending cap on her contract? If you cap the spending you can’t run up a bill for excess spending. And sending a text to that location would be chargeable as it wouldn’t come out of the standard allowance of UK Texts.

I would recommend check the spend cap as Koda has suggested.
Do you know if she is having any issues sending texts to any other international places?
