I've just got a new iphone 13 and can't log in to my telephone banking. it says its' text a 6 digit code to my phone but nothing arrives. The bank confirm it's all correct from my end.
I saw a post from 2020 where this happened. Virgin said they were aware and dealing with it.
This phone is useless to me if I can't access online banking. Can anyone help???
