Can't receive incoming calls or texts

Hi, all of a sudden I can't get incoming calls or texts, spoke with customer services who kept asking me the same questions, 45 mins later and still not resolved. I can make out going calls ok and my data is working fine.

I have restarted my phone, took the sim out and the customer service person said he did something from his end.

Please help....
