Can’t receive calls or texts

Received new sim from Virgin yesterday. Now can’t receive calls or texts. Phoned 789 twice to be told 2 different sets of advice. Both failed to work. Any ideas before I tell them to stick their contract???

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry you're unable to receive texts or calls following the new SIM card.

 

Have you followed the exact steps mentioned here?

If so, what was the outcome?

Can make calls, but no data? Check your "Virgin Mobile APN settings"
