Can’t receive call DAY 6!!!!!!

I switched to virgin media Monday, on Monday I could receive call but couldn’t make them, from Tuesday to today (Saturday) I can only make call o cannot receive them, I can receive texts but not calls, if you try to call me it says my number is not recognised, I have literally missed so much important stuff this week it’s a joke, I have so many annoyed customers and I missed an emergency/cancellation appointment with my doctor over this!!! And no one will help!!!
