My iPhone was working absolutely fine until today. My account is fully up to date and am in credit by about 30 pence or so. For some reason today I cannot make any outbound calls from my mobile or use my data. When I ring I keep getting a message that’s says please call 789. I have turned my phone on and off to see if anything will reset. I have been having issues now with my account for the last month. I have been able to use my phone for less than 7 days and again for. I reason my service is cut off again. Please help me or explain why this is happening?! This is the worst service I have ever had with a phone company.
