Can’t make calls

I can’t make calls on my phone, i have tried resetting network settings, I’ve done a soft reboot and double checked all setting in the virgin mobile app, nothing has worked.

I get 2 long beeps and then get cut off when trying to make calls

Hi @Harrymcb1029 thanks for your post, although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

Can you please try to do a manual network search, and choose the network instead of automatically selecting?

If this doesn't work, can you check that you're all up to date on your bills, and also make sure you haven't gone over a spend cap if one is set up for you?

I have already tried manually selecting the network, this did not work 

I have paid all my bills and have not gone over my spend limit

I have had this contract for 4 months and I have never been able to make any calls

That is obviously a long time to not be able to make calls, is this the first time you've contacted us about this but if not, what have we advised previously?
