Can't make calls and received them after switch with my old number

Hi 

 

Just switched my number to virgin and got message that everything is done, but. I have only internet connection, I can't make any calls and can't received them. 

Any one from virgin can pick it up and help to finish process , thanks for help

Mobile phone 

 

No one can call me and I can't call anyone, ther is message number invalid 

Internet, SMS , working without issues
