I've just had my Mobile account finish (Oomph bundle), and when I called support for a PAC they said it was no longer possible to get the PAC code as the account was now disabled.
This means I can't transfer the old mobile number to a new account, and neither can they restart the old mobile account to bring back the old number.
It's urgent that I get my old number back, is there anyway round this?

Sorry to see that you've not been able to get your PAC code from our team
I can seek to look into this for you, can I can't promise I'll be able to get this for you as the service would need to be active when the PAC code is requested.
