Can’t find security key

Joining in

I want to pay off my contract but am unable to log in as cannot find my security key. Any idea how I can find out how much I have left to pay without being sent back and forth between Virgin and O2??

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you have struggled to find the credit agreement, this would be given in an email when you first agreed to the contract, have you double checked your email? 

We cannot assist with payments here on the forums, but we do have a specialist team that handle credit agreement queries on 0345 602 4420

I have looked back through all emails and cannot find it anywhere 

I will send you a DM we can get the agreement / login in details sent out but we cannot help with the payment side after it.
