Can’t enter pac code

So I recently ordered a phone for myself. At the time, I didn’t have a pac code so I left it for when I did. I now have a code but when I go to enter my code it’s all greyed out and I can’t type anything in. All I can do is select a date. Help???

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your PAC code. We can understand this frustration caused and want to best help. Have you tried removing the sim, rebooting the device, then re-inserting the sim to see if the area is still greyed out?

I see that I have to activate the sim first before being able to use the pac. Thank you for the answer
