I am trying to create a mobile account but with no success. I go through the process
of registration, text to mobile, email confirmation and then create a password which is
accepted. However when I go to create the new account I get a yellow box advising me
to follow the rules. I believe the web page is flawed, because below the password confirmation
there is a proviso asking about a security question which there is no means to answer.

Sorry to hear of the problems setting up your Virgin Mobile online account, thanks for taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
In your post you mentioned you had recently updated the password, can you confirm when this was as it can take a day or so to fully update and allow registration. Can you also confirm when the account was set up as this too can take a couple of days for all of the information to be available for the registration.
