Can't connect to a virgin media mobile network

Hi,

I have had a replacement sim because my previous sim had issues connecting to a network. When I inserted the new sim, the procedure listed was that I had to wait between 10 min - 24 hours in order for my sim to be activated. It has been over 24 hours now and the sim has not yet been activated. I can't connect my sim to the virgin media network because when i click on select mobile networks, the phone doesn't recognise the virgin media network.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry that you're having issues with your SIM after it being activated, I can appreciate you're keen to get connected.
