Can't change e-mail contact in online profile

I'm trying to change the login and contact e-mail address linked to my Virgin Mobile online account via the 'update my personal and login details' section, but every time I try and confirm the change I get a message stating that 'the e-mail address you've entered is already registered with us', despite it clearly being different from the one registered.


Any ideas?

Hi Meatpardle,

 

I see that you're having issues with changing the login and contact e-mail address linked to your Virgin Mobile online account. The email address that you're putting in there could be already registered to a different account. I recommend that you give our team a call on 0345 600 0789 so that they can further check on this and reset your online account if necessary to sort it out.
