I have moved abroad and I wasn’t able to cancel my contract due to me not remembering the security code.
Is there anyway to contact Virgin Mobile abroad since webchat said it is unavailable when I try?
If i needs to call virgin when in Europe, 789 from my mobile works

Just so you know, you can cancel your contract at any time, however if you're still within contract there may be a buy out charge but we can discuss this when I've taken a look at your account.
