Can’t call certain numbers

When I call certain numbers, I get a message saying I have dialled an incorrect number. I know I haven’t. It is happening for 2 people, who have either phoned me or I have phoned them previously. I have restarted my phone, taken the SIM out and cleaned it and I’m getting nowhere. I have tried successfully to call others so it seems completely random.

4th such complaint today. Obviously some sort of routing problem on the network.

Our apologies for this, we are aware of an issue impacting some of our mobile customers when dialling out. 

This has been logged with our networking team who are currently working to resolve the issue. 

Unfortunately, we do not have a estimated fix time for the ticket at this time.
